The steel contains 18% Cr, 10% Ni in AISI 304 standards. Knives are made from AISI 420 quality stainless steel monoblock. Available in glossy, matte, gold-plated, matte gold-plated, sapphire finish, sapphire bijoux, bijoux (stone) or silver finish.
