Masal Restaurant and Bar
Masal Restaurant and Bar serves a modern selection of the most popular and most beloved Turkish dishes. Central Anatolia has many famous specialties including keşkek (a ceremonial stew made with meat and barley), mantı (miniature dumplings) and gözleme (grilled flatbread). All dishes are prepared in our open kitchen by our passionate home cooks. The menu changes daily to ensure that we are always using the freshest seasonal ingredients. Located on the Veranda Level of the property, Masal offers spectacular valleys at every time of day. Join us for breakfast, afternoon tea or for a glass of locally produced wine at sunset.
Morning
Our complimentary Turkish breakfast, known as ‘kahvaltı’ (kah-vahl-tuh), includes a farm fresh eggs, a variety of local cheeses, black and green olives, homemade fruit preserves, regional honey and fresh baked goods.
Midday
In the afternoon, sample our selection of custom blended teas, indulge in a cold beverage or savor our Turkish and Italian coffees. Fresh fruit, homemade baked goods and locally cultivated dried fruits and nuts are also available throughout the day.
Evening
Join us in the evening to watch the sunset on the valley. Sample regional wine and cheese pairings. Wine varietals include Narince, Emir, Bogazkere, Öküzgözü and Kalecik Karası. Additionally, try our extraordinary selection of freshly made Turkish Meze.
